Undeterred, Robinson Armament shifted focus to the XCR Modular Rifle, designed to meet the demanding requirements of U.S. Special Operations Command's SCAR competition. Despite being disqualified from the competition, the XCR found a loyal following among civilian shooters, law enforcement, and military users for its robust construction, multi-caliber capability, and user-friendly features. Over the years, Robinson Armament has faced challenges, including regulatory hurdles and the need to continually innovate in a competitive market.
